Shipping policy

Order Processing: Clipping Point Co. operates on a made-to-order supply model. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch. Multi-supplier orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Shipping Costs & Destinations: We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. Where possible, these are calculated and shown at checkout; in other cases, they are payable directly to customs or your courier upon delivery.

European Union orders specifically: VAT and customs duties for EU orders are handled on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs duties directly to customs or your courier upon delivery, as these are not currently collected at checkout. This applies to the majority of our products given typical order values.

United Kingdom orders specifically: VAT and customs duties for UK orders are handled on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs duties directly to customs or your courier upon delivery, as these are not currently collected at checkout. This applies to the majority of our products given typical order values.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery: Australia 5–12 business days, New Zealand 7–15 business days after dispatch (estimates only).

Order Tracking: Confirmation email with tracking sent once shipped; contact andrew@clippingpointco.com if not received within the processing window.
