These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clipping Point Co. website and any purchase you make through it. Clipping Point Co. is operated by Andrew Zambara (ABN 84 126 896 762), a sole trader based in Melbourne, Australia. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and fitment information are accurate. However, given the range of vehicle platforms and model years we cover, we recommend confirming fitment details for your specific vehicle before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us at andrew@clippingpointco.com before ordering.

3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing or stock error), in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct genuine errors.

5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs, timeframes, and international duties are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights regarding returns, refunds, and repairs — including your rights under Australian Consumer Law — are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you're purchasing from outside Australia, other consumer protection laws in your country may also apply and are not affected by these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our logo, branding, and original text — belongs to Clipping Point Co. and may not be used without permission. Product images and descriptions sourced from suppliers remain their respective owners' property.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, security, or the experience of other users.
